Synopsis

At a port in the far south of Brazil, Leandro makes an informal living collecting the soya spilled in transit. But the country's economic crisis puts his livelihood at risk. With no prospects, he drives around with the stereo at full volume. Late into the night he sets off in search of company, but nothing turns out as expected.

Gianluca Cozza and Leonardo da Rosa are Brazilian filmmakers, graduates in Film and Audiovisual from UFPEL. They have directed Construção (Leonardo da Rosa, 2020), Madrugada (Gianluca Cozza and Leonardo da Rosa, 2022), Cassino (Gianluca Cozza, 2024) and Grão (Gianluca Cozza and Leonardo da Rosa, 2026), which have screened at Brazil's leading film festivals.
